Privacy, in plain words
This is the short version of how we handle your data. The full policy is being finalised with our lawyers.
1. What we collect
Your account details, your CV and profile, the jobs you save and apply to, and how you use the app. Sensitive answers (like disability) only if you choose to add them.
2. Why
To match you with jobs, tailor your CV, fill applications when you ask, and keep the service safe. We never sell your data. If you join a waitlist, we keep your sign-up only to tell you when the feature opens: we delete it 30 days after we tell you, or after 12 months if it has not opened by then.
3. Who we share with
Employers only when you apply. Our AI provider only with your consent. Payment providers when you pay. Each one is bound by a data agreement.
4. Your rights
See, download, correct or delete your data at any time in Settings. Your CV is encrypted, and deleting your account makes it unreadable for good.
5. Local rules
We follow each country’s data law, including Nigeria’s NDPA, Kenya’s Data Protection Act and Ghana’s Data Protection Act.
